A large decoupage topper of a pink and light brown birthday cake with lots of tiers and a pink princess crown on top.
Two pink and brown birthday presents are tucked in behind the cake.
The whole design is mounted on a pink diamond-patterned square plaque.

I printed, cut out and decoupaged the images.I mounted onto white card.I used a greetings topper.I added peel off stars ontop of the printed ones.I used gems and glitter on the crown.I used a border embellishment down the side.A beautiful card to send or receive.
