I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and layered all elements. Added my chosen sentiment with a loop of ribbon attached, and two gem flowers. A very pretty design to suit many occasions.

Printed onto glossy photopaper, cut out main image and matted onto a contrasting blue card, I then attached this to a white scalloped card blank.
I added the decoupage with glue gel. This is a really great design and so cute
