I printed the design onto craftyBob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image with backing paper cUp 98888_66 and added the decoupage with foam pads and silicone gel...to finish the card I added some black peel-off corners...a gorgeous cute design.
I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 7 x 7 card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
