Printed onto Glossy Photo Paper. After cutting out all the elements, I attached the topper to a cream felt card using DST. Using foam pads I built up the Decoupage. I used the Happy Birthday sentiment on bottom of card.
To finish I stuck a yellow bling onto middle of the flowers. This is a very sweet design..

Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 8 x 8 scallop edge card using d/s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.
I placed the sentiments inside the cello bag so that my customer has a choice. I then added a matching paper bow (cup548821_2013) to finish. The insert reads With Love & Best Wishes.
