Here?s a sweet one that could be used as a lot of occasions too. I was thinking of putting a graduation hat on her and the congratulations banner. But this time I made it happy Birthday. I printed on glossy photo paper and cut out.
I used a light purple with strips of green for the base. I used DST to adhere the main and dimensional foam for the decoupages. I added a pretty ribbon for an extra and a little butterfly in green. I am going to do the grad one next for a friends daughter.
