I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 7 x 7 inch card. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I added a greeting using thin foam tape.

I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to yellow card, minty green paper, then on to a white card. Layered all elements. Added gems and card candi. A gorgeous design.
