I chose a pink card with white spots to layer the main image on, then built up the pyramage and decoupage.
Added pretty pink gems to the dress and both girls shoes, then finished off by adding card candy studs in shiny purple to the truck wheels, and blue to the 4 corners of the card as well as the seniment
