I printed the sheet onto an A4 Matt photo card stock, I cut out the base layer and mounted onto black mirri card and then stuck it to an 8x8 card base in blue ribbed card stock, using DST.
I then cut out the rest of the elements and layered them up onto the base image. Lastly I added the sentiment.
