Roseberry Birthday Decoupage

I printed this lovely card onto satin finish paper and carefully cut out each piece. I mounted the base layer onto a 5"x 7" card using DST and cut the card to fit. I built up the decoupage using sticky pads.

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
