I printed the sheet onto matt photo paper and cut out all the elements. I mounted the main image onto a silver mat, and built up the decoupage using foam pads. I then mounted the topper onto an a5 card blank.
I punched a decorative edge to the top of the card and added gems and glitter. This was a very simple card to make.
