Very cute boys birthday card. I printed on cardstock, which mutes the colors a little. The center decoupage pieces were glued directly onto each other, but then I used foam dots to attach it to the background design.

The sentiment was also attached using foam dots.

The finished topper was then attached using double sided tape to a complimentary card blank.
