Printed the sheet onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and carefully cut out all the elements. I shaped the pieces and built up the layers using glue gel.
I took a white pearlised A5 card blank and built up mats of pale blue pearlised paper, navy blue pearlised paper and then the topper.
I added a strip of pale blue paper down the side to form a border. I attached the greetings panel with foam tape and added a navy organza bow with glue gel. I finished by adding small blue adhesive gems to the two opposite corners.
This makes a beautiful, classic card.
