I printed onto glossy photo paper and cut out the decoupage. I layered purple paper onto a white card blank. I made up the decoupage using sticky foam pads.
I layered the topper onto some gold vellum and and cut out following the shape of the topper, this was layered onto the card.
A couple of corner peeloffs finished the card.
