Lady and Her Dog Card with Rose Decoupage

I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to cream card, then on to a black card. Layered all elements. Added pearls, a bow and a glitter dot, and finished with a sentiment. A gorgeous design to suit a variety of occasions.

I printed this design on to 120gsm white paper then I laminated the design sheet.

I cut out the design base and added DST to the back and fixed it to white card

I then cut out the decoupage and put foam tape on the back of each piece then added it to the design base and build up the roses.
