I PRINTED THIS DESIGN ONTO WHITE CARD STOCK. I CUT A BLANK CARD TO ALMOST THE SAME SIZE LEAVING A LITTLE ROOM FOR A BACKGROUND. GLUED THAT TO THE BLANK CARD. THEN I MATTED BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE BORDERS WITH GOLD METALLIC PAPER.
I GLUED THE COMPLETED DECOUPAGE TO THE BACKGROUND. I DID USE STICKY PADS ON THE DECOUPAGE. I USED ALL TYPES OF GLITTER. I USED LAQUER FOR THE HEADS AND LEGS.
I printed out the sheet, then cut it out and added the base onto the card with DST, the other elements I added with foam pads
