I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to large white square card with DST.
I added decoupage with foam pads, highlighted flower centres with clear glaze, crstal stickles to butterflies, and finished with clear gems to bows and silver card candy to corners.
A lovely design.
