Printed onto Photo Paper. I cut out all the elements. Used DST to attach Topper to a Lilac scalloped edge card. Using foam pads I built up the Decoupage. To finish I used Stickles Diamond glitter on the Butterfly wings, Bow and in middle of the flower.
A truly beautiful design.
