I printed the sheet on to decoupage paper and cut it out. i stuck the card front to a blue card with tape and added the decoupage layers with faom pads.
I used gold border peeloffs to decorate it and finally added the age and a white bow.
This sheet makes a gorgeous card for toddler birthdays I love it.
