Baby Blue Heather Fields Topper

I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image with white embossed card and added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel...to finish the card I added a bow and a little wooden embelishment...this is a beautiful design.

I printet the sheet on a good quality of photopaper. Cut out the parts and layered with foam pads. I finished the card with half pearls and crystal stickles.
