A cute square card front featuring sailor boy design with decouapge layers, greetings tabs and ribbons. This is designed for a new baby boy but I have included a greetings tab for Happy Birthday as it would also suit a toddler birthday

I resized the image to print on to half A4. On a white card I placed some red stripey paper, punched along the bottom edge. Added one of the borders to the top of the punched edge and across the centre.
Placed the topper centrally on the top of the card and edged with peel-offs. Layered all elements. Finished with a greeting. Very cute design, would also suit a 1st birthday.
