The sheet was printed on to photo paper. The main image have been attached on to white paper, then on to orange card. Gold peel off was used for the borders. The layers were added using foam pads. Glitter was added to finish

I printed the sheet on quality cardstock and cut out all the elements. I used foam pads to decoupage and double sided tape for the rest of the card construction. I adhered the card front to a turquoise blue matte before attaching it to a blank, scalloped, white card.
This delightful design could be used for new baby occasions or a young child's birthday.
