Rottweiler Portrait 3D Decoupage
A great card for many occasions for friends or family. Layer up the decoupage layers, or use as a large topper and use the other pieces for another project. Message tags say Happy Birthday, Just to Say and with love.
A blank tag also included to add your own message, name, or number

I made up the decoupage and mounted the finished piece and a greeting onto some light cream paper, trimming to leave a narrow border. I added the topper to a black 14.5cm.sq. card towards the top left to leave room for some peel offs down the right and across the bottom and finished off with the greeting.
Printed onto glossy photo paper 210gsm. Cut out topper and decoupage. Placed a dog backing paper onto a 7 x 7 scalloped card with double sided tape and then a piece of pearlised card with foam pads.
Added the topper and decoupage with foam pads for 3D effect.
Then added three gold borders.
