I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I mounted on a green card and added gold peel offs around the edge. I added a ribbon down the side and some rhinestones.

I printed the sheet onto satin photo paper. Cut out the main picture and attached it to a white card blank. The decoupage and sentiment were added using foam pads.
