This cute sheet was printed out on to good quality smooth card and all of the elements were cut out.
The main base section was added to a piece of board with a hole cut out just slightly smaller than the frame centre and attached using pinflair glue, then acetate was attached to the front using fine double sided tape.
I made this in to a usable standing frame by adding a panel to the back so that a photo could be slipped in and changed if wanted, then I made a stand and attached this to the back.
I edged all the outlines with copper border peel offs, then the decoupage layers were shaped and added on top of the acetate.
