Print sheet onto quality cardstock and carefully cut out all pieces. Use foam pads to adhere pieces to the main part of topper. Glue mint green, half pearls to the bottom of the bird cage and in the center of the bow.
I matted the topper with a matching green cardstock and finally adhered the topper to a pale yellow cardstock cardbase.
