Topper & decoupage for an 8x8 card. A lovely girly design with baloons, champers, a dress & numbers. Quick to make but very effective. Can be used for 18th, 21st or general birthdays

Printed on good quality photo paper cutout and layered onto a punched out white backing then onto a black card Then added black twisted ribbon to complete a gorgeous card.
I printed the sheet onto white card and cut out the images. I mounted the main image onto a layer of red card and then onto my card base using DST. I then added the decoupage with foam pads.
Cut all out, matted onto card, decoupaged with foam pads, added name, age, and happy birthday greeting, added glitter in places to finish off, a lovely card for any age .
The design was printed on to matte photo paper and cut out.
I added a contrast panel to a 7x7 card then added the main image with foam tape.
The other elements were added with foam pads.
To finish the card I added a bow on the dress, stickles glitter and a printed verse inside.
