The main image was attached to a cream 6" square card with DST.The decoupage was added with 1 and 2mm foam. The 40 sign, corner tags and policeman's helmet were given a touch of liquid gloss.The police car was decorated with a large blue gem(police light) and yellow and orange gems were added for the front lights. I also added 2 cream pearls. This is a different and versatile humorous card,with signs for 40+ ages and a blank. Sure to appeal to all! Love this original design!){kind=link}
