This little Birthday Bear is Cup 476874 by Pamela West ,I printed onto high gloss photo paper ,I then decoupage using foam pads then put onto a white card.

Printed on to good quality glossy photo paper. Cut out all pieces. Attached main piece to a white card base with the borders punched out and light pink showing through. Attached other pieces using foam pads.
