Used an A5 white card. Added 3D squares under the panel to make it stand out. Attached 6mm turquoise brads on the opposite corners. Glued 6mm white iridescent pearl on the flower and added an 8mm orange brad on the bow.
Added extra 3D squares to the Merry Christmas banner to create a raised effect.

I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I added some tiny buttons to bow and flower centers. I used red peel offs around outer edge,added a tag included and used a few red rhinestones
