This design creates a very striking image!
I printed this out on to CUP glossy paper.I mounted the base image on to a card blank.I then added the decoupage elements with foam pads.The mosaic technique really enhances the design and gives more interest.The picture as is would look great on a Scrapbook Mosaic page as well.
