Grand piano with 'musical' scrolls coming out of it on a beautiful background. Corner stackers - one at the tops of the card larger than the other to give depth.
Sheet indicates which one is for the top of the card (U1,2,3) and which ones are for the lower side (L1,2,3.

I made up the corner stackers, mounted the picture onto a red card to form a border, then mounted onto a white card and used gold peel off to create a borber round the red card
