I printed the sheet on glossy photo paper. Matted the sheet to a piece of red wallpaper and blue cardstock. Added it all to a light yellow textured card. I cropped the blue and yellow balloons and mirrored them to add to the corners of the card.
The wavy stacked 3D works beautifully and really looks great. I added gold leaf to the edges of the sheet, the red paper and the small corner pictures. This sheet makes a great card that can be used for many different occasions.
