This design is from my original wavy and swirvey side stacker that I created a while ago that has been popular as it is a great look for your cards, however this is for the top and bottom of the card.
Simply cut out your layers and using 3D foam or silicone glue build the image up.

Such a feminine pattern. I printed this pattern out onto a good quality photo paper and cut out all the pieces needed. I layered this card framing with complementing colored paper 4 times. I attached the largest decoupage
layer with foam stickies and then attached the small layer to that without decoupage and it still looks great.
