I PRINTED THIS DECOUPAGE ON TO WHITE CARD STOCK. CUT IT OUT AND MOUNTED IT ALL TOGETHER WITH STICKY PADS. I BORDERED IT WITH COPPER METALLIC PAPER. I THEN CUT A PIECE OF CARD STOCK TO FIT THIS ART WORK.
I GLUED A BACK GROUND TO THAT AND THEN GLUED THE ART WORK ON TOP OF THAT.
