So Cute
I have designed this decoupage topper as a stacker in the scallop shape with a deco style top. I have designed this concept to build a 3d front to your cards. The topper measures 6in x 5.5in.
Simply cut out the base and attach to your project/card then cut out the deco sections and match up to the base using 3d foam or silicone to attach.

Printed onto photo card, I layered the cut out images with 3d foam pads. I matted the design onto pink heart paper from my craft box and added peel off corners and gold puffy stars.
Such a cute design and a very clever concept, love the art deco touch!
