I have designed this decoupage topper as a stacker in the scallop shape with a deco style top. I have designed this concept to build a 3d front to your cards. The topper measures 6in x 5.5in.
Simply cut out the base and attach to your project/card then cut out the deco sections and match up to the base using 3d foam or silicone to attach.

This is a sweet card for giving to mark the new arrival. I cut out all of the pieces after printing on cardstock. I used silicone glue to layer up the deco stacker pieces. Then I attached it to a complimentary colored card blank.
