A blue themed triangle stacker with a birthday cake and birthday present.
The triangle stacker topper measures 10x10cm. This card making technique is really simple but produces a stunning effect, just cut out the layers and attach them to the base image using foam pads or silicon glue to create a stacked 3D effect.

I attached the back sheet to blue pearlised card and then attached the side sheets with square foam stickers. I added the Happy Birthday sign at the top.
