Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. After cutting out all the elements I used DST to attach Topper to a white scalloped edged card. Used foam pads to build up the design.
I stuck 2 rows of Silver edging around the edges of card and stuck a pretty fabric flower to top corner.
A very pretty design.
