Printed onto gloss photo paper. After cutting out all the elements, using DST I stuck the Topper to a bright yellow card. Used foam pads to build up the design. I stuck some pretty grey edging around Topper. The tittle , explains this design well.
A very pretty design and makes into a nice card.
