I covered card stock with a tiny rose backing paper and stuck on the base card. I made two copies of this file and stuck the base card on to the backing paper.
I cut the rose and the edging out of the second printed sheet and decoupaged those on to the card.
I added a "Congratulations" message at the bottom of the card, inside the frame.
