Baby Girl Dangler Card and Double Sided Decoupage
Although there are a wide variety of ways, in which you could use the elements on this sheet, it was designed with the intention of producing an aperture card, with a double sided decoupage image which dangles in the aperture.
Cut out all elements, including the card base and aperture. Create 2 decoupage images from the baby bundles. Stick cotton, thread or clear fly fishing leader, to the back of one decoupaged images, then stick the other decoupaged baby bundle, to the reverse of the first image. Attach the thread to the top of the aperture, (making sure the baby bundle can swing freely.) hide the attachment with one of the extra flower embellishments provided on the sheet.

I printed onto matte photo card. I chose to use a duo card stock to make the card so that the inside was a different colour.
I made up the dangled adding ribbon at the same time & assembled the decoupage on the dangler & card front using 2mm foam pads.
I placed the topper onto my card blank & then drew around the aperture section. I cut the aperture out of my card then mounted the topper using DST attaching the end of the ribbon at the same time.
