Print and cut out images. Ink edges with coordinating ink pad or marker for a finished look. Apply largest image to card stock with runner adhesive. Apply other image layer with foam tape cut into small pieces for 3D effect. Add sentiment inside of card.
Add crystal gems or other embellishments as desired.
