A swivel trio card with three squares and a ribbon. A cute birdie design, decorated with pearls, ribbons and fancy edges. Please see tutorial for instructions and examples. Pic of finished card included on sheet. Use 220gsm card for best result. Two or three brads (third optional) required.

Copied to 220gsmglossy photo paper and cut out. Used sticky pads to build the decoupage. I made the holes for the brads , one a heart, the other two flowers, fixing the swivel element. I added two bows.
That is it, quick and easy to make and you get an unusual card, pretty and effective.
