I printed this sheet and cut the elements out, first sticking the slider element onto some spare card. I mounted the base image onto a 20cm x 14.8cm card blank and added the corner and title details on with 1mm foam pads.
I stuck the slider down with 2mm foam tape, ensuring that the penny will not catch on the tape. I then stuck the slider down and stuck a penny on each side, separated with 4mm of round form pads.
I then added the cake to the front and used 1mm foam ads to add the decoupage.
