I printed the sheet directly onto card and cut out all of the elements. I then decoupaged the puppy and fixed the backing colours on to a top fold 7" X 5" white card.
I then followed the instructions given with the sheet for penny slider cards.
I then added the happy bithday sentiment with sticky fixers to finish the card
