I printed the sheet onto super smooth paper and cut out all elements.
I decided to use the image as a topper rather than as the main card itself, to allow more space inside for an appropriate verse, so I cut the main image in half and mounted the front part onto an ivory pearlescent card which shows off the monochrome design well.
I attached the patterned panels to the tiers of the cake, and added silver hearts in three sizes to enhance the design.
I ran silver glitter glue along the base of the bottom tier, and also on the entwined hearts which top the cake.
I cut these out with a sharp knife when the glitter glue was dry and attached them to the top of the cake using Pinflair glue gel.
I also used Pinflair to attach the flower cascades, to which I had added touches of glitter glue in pink, yellow and green to add dimension.
A simple silver "congratulations" completes the card. Very pretty and very easy to do.
