A theatre card. Instructions are on the sheet. It's simply cut and fold on the indicated lines and embellish on the inside or front with 3D elements. Please look in the backing paper(other) section for co-ordinating backing paper.

I've printed on printable pearl card and the backing paper on the back. Cut and fold according to instructions, punched the top flap. Cut-out extra elements, created the inside picture in 3D and some extra elements on the front.
Then glue the folded up frontside into the top flap to keep it standing up.
