Print on heavy cardstock. Cut out and score vertically down the centre of the white sections. Then fold. Or print on paper, cut out and glue on cardstock.

I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and matted the strips onto an orange card background, following the shape of the strips.
This I layered onto a black rectangle, decorated with a border punch and deckle scissors.
I scored between the strips and folded as shown, added chipboard plaques and peel-off motifs to finish. This is a very beautiful image that could be used for many different occasions.
