I printed this sheet onto white card and cut out all the pieces.
I took a sheet of A4 silver/grey pearlescent card and folded it into 3 panels to make it DL sized when folded. I then folded each side in half. To this I attached the main elements and then cut the corners to shape them and finished off with the greetings. A lovely card thats simple to make.
