Printed onto glossy photo card then mounted onto blue card blank using DST. I assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads. Finished with white organza bow & the matching insert.
I printed the sheet onto good quality white card and cut out the numbers. I mounted the numbers onto my own card backing with personalised message and added the decoupage with foam pads for a 3D effect.
Great versatile design
Cut out all images, matted onto black glitter card, used foam pads to add the decoupage , added personal sentiments with peel offs, added a little glitter for effect.
